Before she gets online, make sure to ENABLE THE INTERNET CONNECTION FIREWALL! Then download the following tools and follow the instructions to clean the computer, and keep it clean of scumware. Make sure to update the programs that have the update option! Download, install, UPDATE, and run: Ad-Aware 6.0 Spybot Search & Destroy SpywareGuard Download, install and run: Browser Hijack Blaster Download and run: CWShredder Let us know how it worked.
