Now I have a boot menu. Great. How do I get rid of that? It thinks there's two OS's.

Try...right click My Computer - Properties - Advanced - Startup Recovery - See if the operating system you want is first under the "Default Operating System". If not, use the edit button to change it or delete the operating system you don't want- just be carefull not to mess up the info there - if it is, then change the "time to display list of operating systems" to 1 second. Then you will never notice the options. Hope this helps.
