stopping the: system error report

Is there any way to stop these pop-ups at boot-up? Microsoft insist that I send in
these errors, but I do not wish to. Also, I do not want these frequent error reports
with the boot-up. I've looked around for an answer recently, but to no avail, I've
found none. If there's a sysreg fix to this, please post me. Thanks!

The error reporting just makes you a paying Beta tester for Micro$oft.
