hardware and other stuff. But when i press restart it restarts without any problem.Sometimes
it starts normally and some other appears this blue screen with that message. What

check microsoft knowledge base article Q297185
You are using a standard 40-wire connector cable to connect the UDMA drive to the
controller instead of the required 80-wire, 40-pin cable. You should try setting
bios defaults first then consider replacing the Ultra Direct Memory Access controller
cable.

Okay - I receive the same problem, but my hard drive is set correctly in the BIOS
and I'm using an 80-pin cable. Now what?
I can boot 5 times to this blue screen, trying LKG, Safe mode, etc and eventually
it'll just 'come up'. Strange.

I've found that if it isn't possible to fix the disk via the recovery console that,
if possible, you can login to Safe Mode with Command Prompt then you can try to run
'chkdsk /r' from there. It gives you a message about not being able to get exclusive
access, so choose 'y' to schedule then restart the machine. On next boot 'chkdsk'
pre-empts Windows in access to the HDD and can sometimes fix the issues. I know
it sounds quirky, but I've had this work on a machine which wasn't able to boot any
other way.
