Icons in only 16 colors in Windows XP!

I downloaded Tweak UI for WinXP and accidently clicked the "restore icons" button.
Now all the icons are ugly crappy win98 icons in 16 colors and I can't find a way
to raise the colordepth of the icons anywhere. I also want to change the size of
the icons to 25x25 instead of 32x32!
