It sounds like you are talking about AutoComplete. Open Internet Explorer and Click
on Tools->Internet Options. Click on the Content Tab and Click the Clear Forms Button.
You can also turn off AutoComplete for Forms, etc. here.

Disable "Use transition effects for menus and tooltips" option in Display in Control
Panel.
