You know how you can clear your HISTORY & COOKIE in Internet Explorer? Is there a way to clear out the history of your files in WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER? Please help~!! thanks in advance!!

Close out of Media Player. Then look in:

\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Index\

There'll be a file named along the lines of wmplibrary_*.db. Just delete it.

Your best option is something like 'Windows Washer' (approx $29.99) and then download 
the Media Player plug-in.
