Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I've been struggling with this problem for quite
some time now. I've looked all over the web, searched Microsoft's kNOwledge base,
but couldn't find any relevant information. Then I found this article which provided
the solution I was looking for!

Same here! Thank-you so much! I've had the odd problem being the client computer
on our network but there were lots of possibles: was our firewall locking me out
of ebay? Was ebay doing what they are often accused of and blocking some IP addresses
so their server didn't go down? Had I messed things up by installing then uninstalling
Greasy Palm's Rebate Catcher? The first two seemed unlikely, as the host computer
could access e-bay no problem and mine, the client, couldn't. So when I came across
your fix I was hopeful. Still, I was nervous to mess with the Registry - but your
instructions were so clear and helpful that it wasn't too scary. And it worked like
a charm!! Now I can get to e-bay, my writers' forum and other sites I've been locked
out of - thank-you, thank-you, thank-you, thank-you, thank you!

Here is my problem and I hope this will fix it we switched from cable to dsl and
every since the switch i cannot view my .net domain name all the time it like blocks
me for 6 hours the funny part is we have two domains pointed towards the site the
other being a .com now if the .net doesnt work the .com does so its like one works
for 6 hours then the other for 6 hours and so forth this has only happend since we
got dsl we had to renetwork and would this possibly be the fix we need?
