First thing to do is to check your documentation that came with your computer for
anything regarding what type, model number, manufacturer your modem is. If you find
this in the documentation, go to the manufacturer's website and see if there is xp
drivers. If not try 2000 drivers. If you have no documentation at all on your modem.
Open your comptuer up, pull out the modem, and look for a model or serial number.
Go to a search engine such as metacrawler and type in that number. You should be
able to find drivers for your specific card.
