I am using Windows XP.I cannot fine the user.exe in the Windows System directory. How can I change the Logo on the Start button in Windows XP....... Thanks

User.exe is in the System32 folder...BUT, it's not a real windows exacutable like in 98/ME...it's a bogus tip for XP...Go to TGTSoft.com and download Stylebuilder.

I tried to install a game, THE SIMS, and when I clicked on the install button it gave me a message saying: NTVDM KERNEL: Missing 16-bit system module: Please Re-install the following module to your system32 directory: user.exe

check the size of the user.exe in the system32 dir if it is 8.000 kb the copy new one from other xp system it must be at least 47.000kb
