I have a question about How do I use the built-in CD burning in Windows XP?:

My Samsung CD-RW/DVD rejects a RW CD when try to record using Roxio Easy CD Creator. Any ideas?

If so, and you are using to current Roxio Release, Ver. 5.0 you need to apply the updates from Roxio support. I bought a new system with XP and Roxio Basic preinstalled. It worked fine. However, I purchased the upgrade Platinum 5. It initially did not work. I had to upgrade the Platinum 5.1b (now 5.1d) and then apply the XP update. This corrected the issues I had.
