Does anyone know how to change or get rid of the splash screens on startup and shutdown.
They were easy before XP and I like my screens better?

Hi, Do you have Power Toys for XP and Xteq systems X-setup? They have tweaks for
start-up screens. good luck. Rob

Try using MS TweakUI utility. Been around some time, may pay off.
