Question about 'Print Out a Directory Listing'

I have a question about Print Out a Directory Listing:

I used the above and it worked great. However . . . now when I right click on a folder, "Search . . ." is highlighted instead of Open. Same for double clicking a folder, it starts searching rather than opening the folder. I am running XP home. Did I do something wrong. I checked, and the only other thing in the registry under .../directory/shell is "Find", whatever that is. Thanks, Bob

I had similar problem and solved it using Microsoft Knowledge Base Article Q321379. The solution is to carry out a chnage in the Registry. Please back up the registry for safety. 1. Run regedit either in a dos shell or using the run command 2. Locate & click the Default value under the following registry key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOR\dIRECTORY\shell 3. On the Edit Menu, click Modify 4. Type none & then click OK.
