Yes, there is, but it DOES require the install of software, but only to EXTRACT the
windows image files. Download Style Builder from tgtsoft.com, load the windows xp
style (it tells you how) and then go down to the start menu options in the tree.
Right click on the start menu image and click edit. It'll then open the start menu
image(s) in Paint or whatever is your default bitmap app!
