Look in c:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\SendTo
for "your account name", substitute the name that you use to log into XP with. I

Wanting to add a couple of bits to this, since I'm interested to rearrange the order
of the Send To menu to have the removable drives (and I have to include the floppy
drive) at the top rather than the bottom of the list.

Unfortunately, you cannot.
My Malware Removal Instructions
Perform the following:
