GRR... sorry about that... dumb thing. Anyways, don't apply this reg change unless
you want to lose tooltips in the system tray (tooltips like winamp showing currently
playing song). Date and time display however seems to be fine. I'm running winxp
pro on a celeron 466 if that matters to anybody.
