I have a question about Rename the Recycle Bin:

I have Windows xp and I renamed my recycle bin to have no name (blank) under the properties window. Now, I cant get back into the properties menu. Does anyone know how I can open up the window again?

Since the name of your Recycle Bin become blank, so when you open regedit you will find blank value at the default value of "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}". Give it a name what ever you want, the default value is "Recycle Bin" (no quotes).
