I have a question about Can't access some websites while using a shared PPPoE connection:

This suggestion worked great for me when accessing my broadband cable modem via my server - except I also need to use my telephone modem on my client machine to access my webpages which are on a seperate ISP. With the MTU set to 1454, the modem will not connect. By removing the registry key it works fine. Anyone know of a way to satisfy both TCP settings ?
