Question about 'Help! My application doesn't work with or crashes Windows'

I have a question about Help!
My application doesn't work with or crashes Windows:
My O/S is Windows XP Pro, and my problem is with My Pictures under My Documents.
Everytime I open My Pictures a "Windows Explorer Error" appears and Windows crashes.
Sometimes the error message will appear with "missing dll," but doesn't tell what
dll is missing. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

The missing .dll might be mydocs.dll (belongs in Windows\System32)...Or it might
be something else.

that happens to me when ever i open my computer, my docs or anything inside of those
folders my computer crashes and i have to turn it off manually
