Question about 'Rename the Recycle Bin'

I have a question about Rename
the Recycle Bin:
I have windows XP home edition but when I right click the recycle bin and click properties,
there is no 'Recycle Bin' tab. only global, C: and D:. So I can't change the name.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there another way I can change it without hacking

.....be brave. :) It's not as scary as you think. Just export the key first, then
make the change. Don't edit anything else, and you'll be fine.
