I have a question about using "Windows Update." I am unable to access the Windows Update web site. I get a blank white screen or a message that says i must be a windows user. Is this a script error? Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Did it work at one time? If so try reinstalling IE (if you recently uninstalled it then there is your problem windows update needs EI 4 or higher) note that it does not have to be the default but it does have to be installed good luck, Adam Bradley

Check the Date, time, and timezone in your control plan. If you see that they are not correct, correct them and restart your machine and then try the update again! It will work.
