I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

How do I get the choice to make a new HTML document if i right click and select new? I noticed Winzip and Adobe Photoshop added their icons in there, so how can I add mine? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You could make your way to here in your Registry:-
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\.html
Create a New Key and call it:-
ShellNew
With "ShellNew" highlighted go into the right pane and create a New String Value
and call it:-
NullFile
Close the Registry and refresh the Desktop.
