Internet Connection sharing with Download quota?

I have been using windows ICS for some time over my network at home, with two other
computers. It took som configuring but we were able to get it working with a cable
connection (we had to connect te modem via USB to one of the computers). We only
have a 3GB per month download limit and over the past three months have exceeded
this twice. Is there software available to set up a download quota for each computer
without compromising the usability of ICS??

find another isp without a limit.

you read my mind i have been hit with a $25 2 months in a row. i am also looking
for a software to cap me i.e warn me or close me out . i found one that only monitors
i.e it tells you how much has gone thru.
