Can MS Works be restored to MDI?

Arising from article Force
Office 2000 to Open All Documents in the Same Window:
MS Works 2.0 to 4.5 were MDI (multiple document interface). E.g. a database and word
processor could be different windows in the same program, switchable by ctrl-tab.
MS Works 6.0 (& presumably the new 7.0) are SDI. A new program is loaded for each
window, whether of the same type or not.
Does anyone know whether MS Works 6 or 7 can be restored to full MDI?
