Question about 'How do I use the built-in CD burning in Windows XP?'

I have a question about How do I use the built-in CD burning in Windows XP?:

I have 2 installs of Windows XP on one machine that I use for different purposes. For some reason in one of them now, it will not burn CD's anymore. It always gives me the error that there is no writable media in the drive, even though I put blank CD's in. Since it works in the other install, I know it's not the drive itself. It must have something to do with a setting that got changed or software that's been installed, but I cannot figure it out. Any help? Anyone else have this problem?
