Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I used a website called Imesh.com to download mp3's, after which I discovered a very annoying program had been installed on my system. It is call "stop sign" by eAnthology and I finally got most of it removed, but the icon remains in my context menus. What is the best way to irraticate this thing? P.S. I know several others that this kind of thing has happened to by using Imesh--stay away from them!
