Whenever I start my laptop it goes through all the usual procedures.......when it has finished and the egg timer has disappeared the "common" file is open on my desktop. This file contains one folder called "Bin" what is this and how do I stop it happening?

Just go "run..", press "msconfig" (without quotes) and in the startup tab theres have to be the program starting that you dont want. hope this solve
