I have a question about Use
the Third Mouse Button:
i recently upgraded from 98 to xp and had problems with the third mouse button too.
i have a logitech dual optical mouse. i mainly use my computer for gaming (counter-strike)
and i have the third button set to "control" which allows me to duck in the game.
but it only works sometimes and when it does work there is a slight delay. ill
press it and a second or two later it will finally work. when i was using 98 i had
this same problem but i was able to use a different mouse driver for a microsoft
intellimouse explorer and it worked fine with taht driver, but it doesnt work with
that driver on xp. i know its just a game but it sure is annoying. ducking in the
game makes you shoot more accurate and when im not able to do it it really sucks.
if anyone has the same problem or knows anything about this then i would greatly
appreciate the help.
