Question about 'Customize Your Keyboard Mapping'

For those having problems getting Windows 2000 or Windows XP keymapping up and running-

I found a program that automates scancode registry entries called Scancode Mapper.

It worked for me in Windows XP and I didn't have to go through the headache of decrypting Microsofts scancode standards! Enjoy!

I tried using this tool. On my Thnikpad notebook there is no Windows Key. So I tried mapping the "Pause" key to the LWin (left Windows key?) but to no avail. Perhaps it is not possible to map this key to a modifier key? If that is the case I suppose I could map the CAPS LOCK key into the LWIN key instead?
