Windows XP font size display problem

Hello All,
I have recently upgraded to Windows XP and found that now when I go to certain dialog
windows/boxes the font size has increased and doesnt fit in the standard window size.
I have so far noticed this in Nero and my printer setup windows. Strange issue, I
saw this last time when I first installed XP but I managed to correct it.
Cant figure it out this time?

Hi, This might be a compatibility issue with win XP. Right click on the program's exe file and under properties, compatibility, compatibility mode, check the box to the left of Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Win 95 or 98, the OS it was running in before. If this doesn't restore the font size, go back to the Properties and check under Display settings, run in 640 x 480. Hopefully, that will work. Good luck:)

Do you have a web page that you can post screen shots? I have a feeling this is
not what others are assuming. I have seen something that MIGHT be what you are describing,
on the XP compatible version of Roxio. It is NOT a matter of adjusting display fonts
(after all, changing this also changes the size of the dialog boxes) and it is NOT
a case of not being compatible with XP. Although I suppose one could argue that no
version of Roxio is truly compatible with XP.

Thanx for all your help today but I have managed to fix the problem again.
The way I fixed this is with my Nvidia Nview video card driver application.
I normally have these features disabled for other display issues but enabled it temp
and then checked the windows - they are now fine. I then disabled Nview again and
all seems to have remained normal.
