I have a question about windows themes href="http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article02-001">Customize Windows XP Styles:

I have changed my backround to black and my text to dark green and its much easier on my eyes. However in explorer the sorted by column backround is still grey making the reading of the green writing difficult. How do I get rid of the grey?
