lol I don't even have this option. Is it only in Pro? Or does it require some other
option to be set?

No, my web items on desktop are still locked with a customizable choice of different
background colors. This "answer" of yours does not help, maybe for most people u
r stating the obvious but there are problems which are in depth like mine. It seems
to be as if it is permanently locked. Have u got an answer for this??
