I have a question about Stop
Pop-Up Spam Messages:
um. what and where EXACTLY is the "Services Window". never heard of it. can't
find the frickin' thing. clearer directions for the Windows-impaired please. thanks.

control pannel -> administrative tools -> services

FANTASTIC! thanks so much. coming from a UNIX familiarity to WinXP is a weird jump.
still not comfortable with all its nooks and crannies. thanks for the leg up.
