Spontaneous Reboot....Error Code 000000d1

I have recently installed XP along with all the latest updates/Service Packs. Whenever
I run any game I have, it's just a matter of time before my computer freezes, screen
turns blue, and resets. Upon reset, I get the following error code:
Critical System Error Category 102
Error code 000000d1, parameter1 e8024945, parameter2 00000012, parameter3 00000001,
parameter4 ba4f859d.
I have tried several different things to try to narrow down the problem, but I have
yet to find a solution.
My only problem with this is it just started doing this. For the last two weeks,
I have been flying right along with every game I have. Then suddenly, I crashed
today and every game I've tried since, produces the same error.
Does anyone have any knowledge on how to translate the error coding?
Thanks,

Stephen,
Thanks for the info. However, what I am seeing is a system error code. That microsoft
page displays device error codes. As it stands, I am not seeing any errors associated
directly with these devices (codes 1 -33). I am seeing error codes such as 10000050.
I can run without problems, until I try something that's graphics/sound intensive
such as a game:
Error code 10000050, parameter1 c7c5bff8, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 bf9fc83e,
parameter4 00000000.
I realize that each parameter refers to an address/IRQ/etc during the time of failure.
I can leave a graphics intensive screen saver on and within minutes, my computer
will lock, the screen turns blue, and I reset. This is getting pretty damn annoying.
Thought it was thermal related at first, but I've pretty much ruled that out. I
can run the stress tests within win2k and it operates just fine.
