I have a question about Customize Your Keyboard Mapping:

can't seem to find the place... would like to remap some of the function keys...

Hmmm...Control Panel > Regional & Language Settings (not keyboard icon, it seems) > Languages tab, click details... > hilight 'keyboard' in the white area > click on Key Settings... > it doesn't give many options but I'm hoping that installing the keyboard remap utility that you gave the link for will increase the available keys. Either that, or the settings really are in Control Panel > Keyboard...

FunGo is a mapping program that does the job.
