Ultimately, I want to downgrade from WinXP, (NTFS file system) to Win98SE. If at
all possible, please provide step by step explanation. Thanks.

Ultimately ,you will have to format and reinstall
win98...
for this to happen you will need a win98 boot disk..
have you ever formatted a computer before..??

yes i do have a win98 boot disc
and when i typed
format c:
it says format c: terminated
and brings me back to c:
so what can i do??

You might have to contact a engineer to ask for help, as I have down graded many
times from xp to 98 and haven't had a problem like the one you just told me.

You cannot format an ntfs partition with DOS format command. You must use fdisk
to delete the NTFS partition (in fdisk it will be called a NON-DOS partition)
You can then fdisk a new fat partition and boot from cd to install win98

I have windows 98 installed but I can't find any drivers. Where do I go?

I installed Wndows XP media Center on my PC; However I want to Uninstall WinXP media
center for Downgrade to WinXP 2003.
Please say to me how i can do this.
