This method is really a lot safer than having all deleted files bypass the Recycle
Bin. I don't care how skilled you are with computers, EVERYONE accidentally deletes
a file from time to time. Basically, if I'm deleting small files, I let them go
to the recycle bin. If I have a huge CD-ROM image or a downloaded movie, I'll hold
down shift and delete it. That way it's not taking up a lot of space in my Recycle
Bin. If you do this, you can greatly reduce the size of your recycle bin. No need
to have it at 4GB.
