Do it at your own risk!
use Resource Hacker, search it at the web from google . . .
first make backup copy of explorer.exe
then copy again to another directory, open the second using resource hacker
find Start string under String Table number 37 and 38
Change it to whatever you say :)
Restart window boot in Safe Mode with Command Prompt, copy the modified explorer.exe
to C:\Windows; answer it yes when ask to replace the old explorer.exe
