Retreiving XP Serial Number

Hey guys and girls. At work we have 20 machines with XP installed. We want to move
some copies to other machines and change the others back to 2000. Is there a way
in WinXP to get the product key displayed, as getting a copy of our license will
be a real pain as we have since changed owners.
Any help would be greatley appreciated

I changed my key in what seemed to be a "pirated" copy to an authentic one and went
to install SB1 but the installer said that the installed windows (XP) SN was incorrect
and prehaps "pirated" - this is not so. Was the old illegal SN somehow retained -
elsewhere - I did check and the program HAS the new legal SN! I could reinstall but
do not want to yer as I will loose all my settings. Is t here a simple answer to
this?
