Michelle,  previous post is a good one, blackviper.com is excellent reference for 
unnecessary services.  but to answer your question for anyone else who reads this, 
 sequence is  start-control panel-administrative tools-services. if you need help 
in disabling/and stopping these unneeded services email to 

  stevew220@hotmail.com 

 it is really quite simple, as long as you know which to stop.
