A knowledgeable Administrator - trained/reads the books/has experience - will use
the mmc command to bring up a console and add snap-ins that can really get down to
individual service use...

Hallo Bob,
Do you really mean that there is a way to stop users to use "Net send" but they can
still receive "Net send" Messages from Administrators. We don't want users to send
any message to other 6000 Users at once, but it's good to use it to inform the users
that way in emergency.
