I have a question about Stop Pop-Up Spam Messages:

In a LAN-Network we would like Users to receive Messages from Adminstrators, but to forbid users to send to everyone. Is there any way to do it?

A knowledgeable Administrator - trained/reads the books/has experience - will use the mmc command to bring up a console and add snap-ins that can really get down to individual service use...

Hallo Bob, Do you really mean that there is a way to stop users to use "Net send" but they can still receive "Net send" Messages from Administrators. We don't want users to send any message to other 6000 Users at once, but it's good to use it to inform the users that way in emergency.
