Get rid of IE Hotbar

i have IE 6 and whenever i open it up there is this stupid hotbar. I can untick it
from the toolbars but it is really annoying me and i want to get rid of it permanently.
How can i do this?

after u remove it goback to toolbars in the view menu and lock the toolbar

Run SpyBot....Hotbar is a piece of garbage.

My new computer with Windows XP and 2nd edition, has been taken over with pop-ups
by Hotbar. How do I get rid of it forever?

Perform the following:
- Disable System Restore
- Perform an online
virus scan.
- Download, update, and run these tools:
Repeat as necessary until clean.
- If you still experience problems after doing these steps, download
HijackThis and post
a log to
this forum.
- To protect against reinfection, download and use these:
- Optionally Reenable
System Restore
If you encounter any broken links, please inform
