Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

Running XP sp1... I have shortcuts for each of my CD/DVD drives on the desktop. The context menus for them include "Eject" and "Close Tray"... but they are at opposite ends of the menu! I would like to change the order, without adding or removing any, of these options. Is this possible ? Is it worth it ? thanks, S2

I don't even have the 'close' option on my context menu... How can I set one up?
