Will the Image Resizer from the XP power toys work with Windows 2000? Is there something similar? In a related topic, is there good photo cataloging software that can look up photos by terms in a database?

I've never tried the Image Resizer with 2000. A good viewer and cataloging program is ACDSee 6.
