Question about 'Rename the Recycle Bin'

I have a question about Rename the Recycle Bin:

I'm using Windows XP and I'd like to rename my Recycle Bin but even after selecting "properties" there is no way to rename it.. I downloaded those patches for my old computer and they worked but not now.

registry tweak from from rogierstuger.com/windows/wintricks.html :

• Rename recycle bin
- Edit HKCR\CLSID{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} Recycle Bin.
To put 'rename' in the recycle bin right-click menu:
- Edit HKCR\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder, "Attributes"=hex:50,01,00,20
, "CallForAttributes"=dword:00000000
To remove 'rename' from recycle bin context menu:
- Edit HKCR\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder, "Attributes"=hex:40,01,00,20
, "CallForAttributes"=dword:00000000

That's the ticket. The only solution that seems to work. Everything else here was
bs.

Thanks!
