I have a question about How do I use the built-in CD burning in Windows XP?:

per CAB's post here http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum/winxp/n1034722294 i have the same issue.... i have tried 7 different brands of cd-r and 3 different brands of cd-rw. the "wizard" still says "there is no cd in the drive, please insert a blank cd" is just says that over and over and over.... anyone know? i've got the "shell hardware detection" turned ON in services, so its not that..... thanks
