ogg directshow filter tray icon 'flashing'

When I go into folders that have lots of thumbnails, an ogg DirectShow filter icon
appears in the system tray for a very short amount of time, then disappears. This
will happen several times in quick succession.
This has only just started to happen, and is very annoying.
I cant think of anyting that I have installed that would cause this, and I have renamed
all ogg dll's to dll.bak but the filter is still running.
Does anyone know how I can remove it?
Thanks
