I have a question about Get
Rid of the Unwanted Explorer Windows at Startup: I am trying to figure out
which programs I can eliminate from my startup. Is there an easy way to find out
what all these programs are?
thanks!

Keep your Anti-virus software, your cd burning software, and anything needed to support
hardware features you want.
Ditch everything else.
If you can't indentify things, here's a very comprehensive list.
