whenever i start run internet explorer, an ad from termfinder.com always pops up. i cant seem to get rid of it. i already ran ad-aware, spybot search and destroy and some other adware/spyware programs. can anyone help me?

You don't mention that you updated AdAware or 
Spybot S&D. Both had updates available very recently
Spybot just Friday I believe. Update and run both
again. Disable "Messenger" from Services in Admin Tools
Get yourself a good firewall.

Try removing all of the cookies that are saved on your computer. Also get a popup blocker if you dont already have one.
