Help! Recently my browsers "homepage" (defined in the Internet Options) will change
upon every other or so reboot to this address:

How do I go about removing this problem? Thank you for your input!

There are several free programs (scroll to bottom of this text for direct links if
you don't want to read this) to be extremely decent, and theres also no catch except
asking for donations and for Adaware's product limitations, but this program works
effectively to most users needs...
The programs are Spybot, Adaware, and Spyware Gaurd. Spyware Gaurds is the only program
which actively prevents spyware therefore having to be run always for its protection
(minimizes to corner). Spybot and Adaware are programs you have to manually run and
they will detect spyware just as a virus scanner detects viruses, you likewise have
to upgrade on a constant basis to keep maximum protection against spyware.
Good luck, and feel free to email me to let me know if it resolved it, or if the
problem is still there.
PS: Theres also a program from wilders security called Browser Hijacker Blaster,
which may be of interest but I believe these 3 programs will resolve your problem.
Heres some applicable links you may find of interest if you want to learn more about
spyware.

Also, on the update matter, when you do update before you do your scans immediately
thereafter it'll say X amount of detections. Upon close and restart of spybot & adaware,
those new detections will be added.
In other words, once you "UPDATE"... you need to restart the application for those
to take effect. (applies to adaware and spybot)
